Prophet Vilner Eugene was born in St. Louis du Nord, Haiti, raised in Miami, Florida. He is a distinguished spiritual leader with a lifelong commitment to both public service and divine purpose. before founding his own ministry, he served faithfully at Samarie Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Rodin Alexis, where he held roles of worship leader, Sunday school teacher, and evangelist; while working as a police officer. Now retired from law enforcement, Prophet Eugene continues to impact lives with intellectual depth, prophetic insight, and an unwavering passion to win souls for the Kingdom of God, alongside his beloved wife Yolene and their three children.
